✦ Terms of Service ✦

Commissions are NOT first come first serve.

At least one visual reference of the desired character(s) is required. This can be provided in any form necessary, be it a professionally made character reference or a photo from Google.

I reserve the right to decline or cancel the commission at any point.

I reserve the right to publish the finished artwork on my social media for self-promotion purposes. Unless you specifically state you would not like to be tagged in the post, I will tag your preferred account with the commission.

I will show you a sketch of the commission, and revisions can be made. This is the only time changes will be allowed. Once the sketch is approved by you, changes cannot be made. I may inquire about your preference for a simple background.

Please allow up to 7 days for a sketch to be completed. I have personal life matters to attend to alongside your commission, and depending on how many changes are made, the final sketch may take a moderate amount of time. I will keep in contact with you regarding the process.

Once your commission is finished, I will email it to you.

Reminder that this is a paid service for a digital product.

NFT or AI software purposes are strictly prohibited.

Upfront payment in USD is required.

I will start working on your commission once payment is complete.

Once the commission is started, refunds are non-negotiable. The only reason there will be a refund for commissions is if I am unable to complete it.

All of my commissions are for personal use only. You may not reproduce it or make any profit from it.

You may post the finished commission on your social media so long as credit is given.
